Project Manager: Transfer of technology and production know-how internationally 
A unique manufacturing technology obtained from a Japanese industrial Group was – facilitated through a joint venture – transferred to various manufacturing companies in the US, Europe and Asia.
Process documentation was prepared and filed centrally.
Training at the shop floor level at the production site was achieved by means of hands-on training of operators from the recipient companies directly at the factory in Japan assisted by local engineers and staff.
The project was completed and delivered ahead of schedule and within budget with the help of an international team composed of colleagues from Japan, Germany, USA, Sweden and China.
The final part of the transfer of technology was tested “live” during production and final delivery of special components that form the structural safety parts in new cars manufactured by OEMs such as Nissan and Toyota among others worldwide.
