As the Owner and General Manager of your business, you are the captain of your ”aircraft”
However, even the most competent of captains needs a co-pilot from time to time
Normally, the co-pilot just occupy the right seat as a back-up to assure that everything is proceeding according to plan.
But facing turbulence and thunderstorms, on new routes and landings at foreign airports, the co-pilot will be able to assist in steering, navigating and planning alternatives.
I have logged a fair bit of time as a private pilot – but even more as a business executive working internationally – and have obtained experience that will allow me to assist with relevant checklists, procedures and advice for most situations in a business.
Essentially, that is why i like to describe what I do as “Co-Piloting Companies”
