Recruitment Consultant: Search & Selection of a CFO
A Danish-owned Group with operating companies in Denmark, Latvia and China wanted to hire a Group CFO for the Holding company
Together with the management team, a revised job description and material for use in job advertising was produced. A search and selection procedure was initiated and a screening and evaluation of applications carried out followed by interviews and selection of suitable candidates.
The process was completed within two months and concluded by the succesful hiring of the right candidate.
